    Hello

    Would you give me the names to anyone that you know in the Perth metro area that is looking to purchase a home under a vendor finance transaction?

    If successful, I am happy to negotiate a reward in the situation that the Purchaser qualifies and purchases the home.

    My lawyer here in W.A. said that it is ok for me to do one(1) wrap before I have to go out and get a Credit Providers Licence.

    So Richard… Do you know anyone who wants to buy a property on a wrap?
