    I am interested to know from those who have been purchasing properties using lease options:
    a) what term do you offer and what has the vendor deisred
    b) what have you paid the vendor
    c) what has been the initial recation/reservations of vendors ?
    d) what has been the initial reaction/reservations of agents ?
