Hi guys! How much is the Stamp Duty on a purchase price of $301,500? Property to be used for residential purpose.
An e-calculator on the internet says $13,750 (Victoria) but the letter i just received from my solicitor says $46,660! [confused2] Will ring her up tomorrow to verify. For now, can somebody please clarify? Thanks heaps…

Use my online calculator for all that property stuff http://www.jaffasoft.com I recently checked it again and for every state and every possible combination to which their are hundreds it is precisely correct.
I challenge anyone to find an error!
