Has anyone heard of Bluechip Financial Solutions?
We had a presentation at work recently. They basically find an apartment for you, manage it totally and cashflow can be slightly negative or neutral after tax.
It seems above board but is there anything that I’m missing. There is an upfront 2.95% fee of the property value, but apart from that everything is normal.
