All Topics / Legal & Accounting / Good accountant for Sydney?
For a while we thought we had a good accountant. She is very thorough. We sleep well at night knowing that if we ever get audited, we can substantiate all the claims.
But our portfolio is growing, and now we found our accountant seems to be lagging behind us. She seems to be the reactive type rather than proactive. She doesn’t advise. She processes.
Do we expect too much? What constitutes a good accountant for property investors? Is there a checklist available? Is anyone happy to share their proactive accountant with us?
Thanks!

Depending on where you live, Guardian Partners is another good one. They have an office at Bella Vista (Hills district). Coastymike used to post on this forum and still does on Somersoft.
