Am needing to hook up with Melbourne based (preferably Northern suburbs, but will travel for experienced person) accountant, lawyer and/or financial advisor.
Situation is we have PPOR, 2IP’s – one of which might be moving to a wrap scenario and has the cap gain window closing. So we need to get some advice on the best move with the cg & wrap.
Also currently scouting next IP.
As the portfolio is about to grow figure we best make sure that we are structured appropriately (better late than never…). So would welcome any advice / feedback and/or recommendations.try
