A close friend of mine is currently looking at renting a 2 bedroom flat, unit or semi-attached residence. It can be anywhere from Hawthorn/Camberwell area to North Blackburn/Box Hill area. His budget is anything under $220 per week.
He is a non-smoker and non-drinker, very quiet guy (37 years old), and would be the type of tenant that would improve a place as opposed to decrease the quality of a place.
