    Hi everyone,

    On the right-hand side of the screen, under “In the News”, there is a link to an interview about a shortage in rental properties. Interesting reading.

    Can anyone tell me their views on what rental returns should be in Melbourne generally. I have checked a few rented properties that are on the market for sale, and they seem to do around 4%. Is this the market now?
