    Have a question on a unit in a holiday style resort at Coffs that is being sold.

    The owner has been charging GST and collecting GST on holiday accomadation but at time of sale wants to sell it GST free as a residence.

    It is a fully contained unit and some owners don’t rent out but occupy.

    If you have been charging GST can you sell GST free to some one you beleive will use it as a residence.

    Anyone have any experience on this.
