Wrap / rent to own in Qld area wanted

Hello,
I have a friend who is moving to Brisbane as he just got a new job in Bowen Hills. He is looking for a place to live/ rent in any of the following suburbs – Ashmore, Kelvin Grove, Red Hill, Paddington, Windsor or Bowen Hills. I mentioned about the wraps / rent to owns and he was interested so if anyone has or knows of any houses / units in any of those areas can you please let me know your contact details (or PM me) and I get him to call you. It has to be average prices maybe 200-250k or so beacuse I know he has to pay maintenance so cannot afford alot. He is moving up there next week.
