    Hi guys,

    I’ve recently finished reading Steve’s latest book and in it he talks a bit about “Bird-Dogging”.

    I’m just starting out in the property investing world and I can see how this could help me build up some cash for a deposit… but I don’t know where to start.

    Can anyone teach me more about how it works, whatI need to be succesful and what the pitfalls are etc?

    Any info right now would be a great help.

    you need to learn what you are doing.
    L;earn an area like the back of your hand, inspect every prperty that comes up in the area that you wish to trade for both sale and rental. Ity does take time to learn and understand what you are doing.
