I have recently had access to short term private bridging finance without the usual high set up costs and restrictive loan criteria.
Whilst the interest rates are typical non status bridging rates applications can be approved within 24 hours and the funds are ideal for clients looking to buy, develop and sell within a short period of time and who don’t need to produce yards of paperwork.
I appreciate the exist but most have high establishment and legal costs.
Wondered what the reaction to the forum is for such a product.
