A lot of english buyers bought properties and now come s the quetsion do they have to buy a new one or to renovate an old house?Some of them talk through their expirience and some of them whom made that renovation , says that is much cheeper to made a renovation then to buy a new house.What do you think about that?
Having renovated several old houses in Bulgaria I would say definitely not a cheap option and full of stress and hassle. But now prices have crashed you can get a fully renovated place for far less than you could buy an older house and renovate it for. And save you a lot of blood, sweat and tears.
