Well…..I found a nice little place that is up for nortgagees auction in a fortnight……How on earth do I go about getting finance pre-approval so that I can attend the auction.. Is it eought tie to negotiate a good deal for a loan through a broker…..P.S I am in melb……Anyone put me onto a good broker that can come out to my place for a chat??????[inlove]

Fourteen days is no problem for a preapproval – most decent brokers will get one in a day or two.
