Can anyone advise what approx price per sq m to allow for a builder to construct a duplex in the Sunshine Coast area.
One side would be a 2 story and the other would be single story. They would be joined by the central wall and each dwelling will have individual driveways.
Section is basically flat and size 615 sq.m. New fencing required on 3 sides approx 72 m.
An old house would need to be demolished and I wonder if I can get anyone to demolish free for the materials. If not how much to allow to demolish a single story brick dwelling.
