    Well done Amanda, … the way the market has been moving around Ipswich the past few months you've gained even more equity from your reno. We bought 2 IP's – Goodna and RBP in April 07, and can't believe the growth in only a few months.

    Wow this is an old thread!!

    We've just sold this property for $239K and it settles tomorrow.  Just to good a deal to walk away from!

    You did a great job on the reno – we actually looked at this house (saw your post in another forum & recognised the house – oooh almost sounds like stalking!!)

    Anyway, we were impressed with the update – well done.
