Meeting 30th May, 2006Guest Speakers
Jenny Parker, Jeff Brewer, Rohan BirminghamHello everyone!
We’re excited to announce this month’s topic; the hows and how nots of subdivisions. Our speakers are:
JENNY PARKER
Jenny was the co-developer of Sanctuary Cove and has intimate first hand knowledge of managing one of the most intricate subdivisions ever seen in Australia. It was a leader in Local Laws altering, and still stands today as an example of what subdividing can be!
JEFF BREWER
Jeff has been associated with the development industry for 35 years, the last 26 of which have been at the DTS Group QLD, and he’s been managing director there since 1988. The DTS Group QLD provides town planning and surveying services to the development industry right from “mum and dad” investors through to the largest companies. Jeff will be talking about how to put a subdivision together and the pitfalls involved.
ROHAN BIRMINGHAM
Rohan is a member of the LJ Hooker network and part of the top 10% in sales. With an excellent understanding of land marketing and the added bonus of being a builder in his own right, he is able to provide marketing solutions that fit the profile of any land estate. Rohan will also be talking about how to buy AND sell “wholesale”, and how to sell land in this market where land isn’t selling fast.
All three will give a short presentation on what they do, and then will open the floor to questions and will answer anything the floor throws at them. They are a POWER PACKED trio and have really been there. They come with a WEALTH of knowledge and are letting us all pick their brains.
Also this month, Kieran will present a quick summary of the March survey.
