Could someone please tell me if you buy a house using a company trust who’s name goes on the contract . does the trust or the companys name go on but mention that the company is buying on behalf of the trustThanks Rob

We purchase in the company name as trustee for the ‘ family trust ‘.

so on the contract you wrote “your company name on behalf of your trustThanks Rob
on the contract it is usually written as “XX Pty Ltd ATF the XX Trust”.
