    We have built two townhouses on a block with a shared stormwater system. The block has been subdivided with the drive into the rear unit as their property, the pit & pumps of the stormwarer are under this. We are now selling the rear unit and the RE has said that some vendors don’t even mention this. However in case of problems with something like ‘non-disclosure’ or something later I would prefer something in the sale paperwork,
    Evidently a 99 year lease of the system for $1 with an agreement to share maintenace costs is the cheapest way to go (rather than a body corporate) which in effect is the same as a fence – you both have to share costs. I would appreciate any input on this
