I currently reside in Wellington NZ and have recently come across the oppotunity to get into a property via company share.

I was wanting to get some feedback/opinions on this idea. What people perceive as the major advantages/disadvantages to this.
I am buying to move in and live for approximately five years and build up some more capital then sell my shares and move on with a much larger deposit.
