To Residex or not to Residex,that is the question

Hi,

I’ve been looking at the Residex quarterly reports that get released every 3 months and am wondering whether it is worth the $60 per state they charge. Is the information that useful, and how up to date is it? Would like to hear from people that have used it for their opinion on whether it was good value for money or not.
I’ve previously purchased information direct from VGO for sales info on house sales in particular suburbs I’m looking into and extrapolate the graphs from Reiwa. (In WA it’s always up at present!)
