WANTED: Trust savvy accountant in Adelaide

I am wondering if an accountant exists in Adelaide who:

1) invests successfully in property
2) understands how to set up a trust for property investment
3) can advise us on the best structure to suit our situation

The 3 – yes 3 – accountants I have now spoken to haven’t even heard of hybrid trusts.
