    Hi people,

    Just bought a 1×1 early 70s apartment here in Perth but i am not told that i might have problems finalising this as the property is only 42sqm and that i will struggle to get morgage lenders insurance.

    Any Help would be apprieciated.

    Hi Carl

    No 42 Sq M is not a problem. It is usually 40 Sq M and under that causes problems.

    In saying that not all lenders will want to take the deal on.

    Happy to give you a few choices.
