Houses clad with concrete tiles – restumpable?

I have come across an older style house for sale that is well priced with a renovated kitchen & bathroom. The floors of the house indicate it needs restumping, and it requires plasterwork. Curiously, the walls of the house are externally clad with grey concrete tiles measureing approx 30cm by 20cm. – Some of the tiles have small gaps & are chipped.I would be interested to know if anyone has restumped this type of property and the impact restumping had on the concrete tiles.
