Im looking to advance my portfolio highly very soon, and im wondering if people can recommend computer programs that make managing all your properties easier? At the moment, i do everything manually, but i only own a small amount of properties. When the quantity of my properties increase, i can see this manual form is going to hit the ceiling.
I dont just mean property management either., i dont know if such a program exists, but i want a program that allows me to store information on all my properties, things like valuations, notes from property managers, or something like that, i really dont know. But i want a one stop shop for all the properties.
How have others fared in this? There are so many programs available, it would take me ages to sort through the ‘free trials’.

I used POSH but I only own one property at the moment and haven’t used the program recently. So I can’t rememer if you can add notes to it. I know you can add pictures for each property as well as tenant payments.
