Does anyone know approximately how much it costs to setup a strata management?
Many councils in Sydney are declining subdivision on smaller blocks and only allowing the likes of duplexes on block sizes of 700 to 800sqm to be approved with strata’s instead of Torrens titles. Has anyone done the exercise of setting up a strata arrangement?

I’m going through this at the moment and I’ve gone with a reputable agent. their fee is $600 which gets you everything up to the first annual general meeting. This is for a duplex in the hunter valley region.
