I am looking at buying a unit in Texas, I have a 70% deposit, just looking for contacts or info about abotaining finance and having a valuation done.
Another question Home Owner Association, is that like body corporate or is that like rates, i know that there is also taxes to do with school district ect.

You’ll only need 20 or 30% as deposit for Texas properties,although at 80% you will be charged more fees etc.
