Hi All
When I was using expat home loans about the best I could come up with as a maximum LVR was 80%.
That was a few years ago and I’d like to know whether lenders with expat lending programs (in OZ) are allowing LVR’s greater than 80% and if so, what are they prepared to go up to these days?
