Hi everyone,
REIQ released a few weeks ago that Beaudesert has had a 4.5%
growth rate in 2005. I have house and land packages 3 minutes out of Beaudesert starting at $272000, These properties i have been assured will rent up to $320 per week.
This is a new caree for me and i was interested in getting fedback from anyone who knows a little about Beaudesert and if these house prices and rental renturns sound attactive to investors looking to purchase 3 and 4 bedroom fully landscape homes. Thanks In advance.[hair2]
Hi NATHAN17,
I have also been researching this area and am in the process of getting a house built there. I visited a few of the real estate agents in Jimboomba and Beaudesert and there does seem to be a lack of rental properties available. Most of the real-estate agents expect the rental to be around the 280-300 week for a brand new house on at least an half acre block.
The Railway yards at Acacia Ridge along with the Toll Depot, Woolworths Depot, and the major Transport Hubs are being relocated down there over the next few years. I would expect a subsequent rise in both population and CG for the area as a result.
Lets be honest – Why would you commute there from Brisbane every day? Or even from Logan? It is a nice place to live and is going to be a major Hub within South East Queensland.
Best of Luck with your New Career Nathan Hope all goes well for you.
