    Hi

    We sadly have to return to the UK in July and due to FIRB regulations, we have to sell our property.

    I’ve made a website (PerthHomeForSale.com) and am going to start a Google Ad campaign but want to know best ways of reaching Eastern States investors, as well as people emigrating to Perth.

    Can anyone offer advice/tips for selling without using a Real Estate Agent?
