I have bought three properties in the NYState area and have had some trouble with efficient management. Can anyone offer advise on how to find good property managers here.

I have a good contact in Buffalo for management that i am happy to share with you as i know how frustrating it can be trying to look after yr investments from 1000s of ks away when yr manager isnt on the job.
He is efficient and he handles repairs at a very fair rate too.
He even phones on a regular basis to update progress!(thats a rare one)He also is one of very few guys who will manage in the “wild animal” of WNY, known as the buffalo eastside!
He prefers to only deal with people who have multiple propertys though (or those who understand the market and the issues that can arise)
