With a pen (or pencil if you prefer) [wink] …. they are pdf files, unless you have an adobe writer, you can only print out the forms and write on them.

    Sorry to seem blunt.

Speaking of Steve, I completed and returned the templates last week but am yet to receive another installment. I have in the mean time changed my email so can anyone advise if they have received further communication (other than the reno DVD which I did get)? If others have received further emails then I’ll have to get onto the gang.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Just shoot us a return email outlining your situation and we’ll keep your details updated.

    Hi Mike,
No I haven’t received anything else in the kickstart program either…I was wondering if there would be more as well. I also haven’t received response to questions sent with feedback. I think they must be just computer generated responses to the feedback?
    Cheers.

    Hi All,

Everytime I have sent back homework I have been imediatly sent back another email with the bonuses Steve was offering.

Other than that, last Thursday when we were meant to recieve the next installment of the Kick Start program we were sent the reno video that aliandmike mentioned earlier.

Looking forward the the next installment on Thursday [thumbsupanim]

Could someone help clarify the abbreviations in the pdf templates > under the loans section >

    P/Y: Payment per year?
    N: ?
    Start / End ?
    (PMT)$: per :?

    Thanks, appreciate the help.

I haven’t received the answers either so guess they are still coming.

But thought the reno video was fantastic!

Looking forward to the next update.

    P/Y: payments per year (12 = monthly)
    N: Total number of payments
Start/End: Is the payment made at the start or end of the period – this has a slight affect on the payment calculation (default is end)
    PMT: payment amount per period

These abbreviations are the standard set used on financial calculators if you ever get the hang of using one.

I suppose it shouldn't be too hard to create an excel template for the number crunching. Here's Microsoft's list of common examples of Excel formulas. This may be of help to you.
