Hi members, my names Josh and im new to the forum. Im 19 years old and currently studying real estate at tafe. I want to egt into investing, particularly property. Me and my best mate have formed a partnership to go into investing together, he is also 19. We have a friend that is an investor who is giving us advise on the way, myself and Mat have just opened an account to start saving some money, we think $2000 may get us started. My question is, what can I do to make sure the partnership goes as smooth as possible (yes I do trust him otherwise he wouldnt be a partner). When reading Steve’s book he said that you should choose a partner that compliments your skills. So Im studying real estate while he is studying accountancy and finance and Uni. Other question is where should we start whith our $2000? Thankyou for any advice.[biggrin]
