All Topics / Finance / Commercial lenders?
We are looking to buy a property in a small country town, 90 minutes from Perth.
Being commercial, any lender we approach will not touch it.
Has anyone got any ideas or advice.

Must admit that doesnt sound right.
We do these sorts of deals all day long.
Do you want to on or off the forum give us some more details and we might be able to direct you accordingly.

Hello
Not sure why you can’t find a lender for commercial property. Have you approached a broker to find you a deal?
I live in Perth & have recently bought a commercial property. A broker put together the deal for us. If you would like their contact details let me know. They may be able to help.

Often with commercial the lenders require more equity or deposit that residential so perhaps this is where you are finding difficulty. How much deposit/equity in the property do you have?
