Hi there,
I need a bit of assistance. I recently read Steve’s book and I absolutely love every bit of it and cannot wait to purchase our first property and get into the market. We also very recently attended an Investors Club seminar. They seemed to focus on negative gearing and drawing down equity for lifestyle, which I believe is really against the whole philosophy of what Steve teaches. Just wondering if there is anyone else out there that has any experience of Investors Club to guide our decision. Either to take a closer look or avoid it like the plague! Any help and guidance anyone could give me would be hugely appreciated!
Cheers,

This information will probably change the way you build your home-based business FOREVER. It has for me and many others.
These are probably the best FREE generic training courses you will find in our industry.
Check them out: http://www.PlayToWin.ws and http://www.playtowin.magneticsponsoringonline.comDo a search of the Forum chrisandfi. The Club gets talked about alot. There are people with good and bad experiences to share. The Club is a business that sources properties for buyers. From what I gather, the local club reps (like Derek on this site) are decent people who genuinly want to be helpful. The Club has been around for a fair while, too, so that’s says something about it. For a first investment, you could do alot worse than be guided by them.
I’m presuming it’s Steve’s second book you’ve just rad? Alot has changed since the first book.

http://www.depreciator.com.auI was talking to Derek on monday and Yes Steves first book stradegy has no reference to the Real estate world these days.
The book though is a good read but it comes down to personal preference, For me i’m interested in capital growth.
But with the IC i went to a meeting on Monday and was quite impressed with what they said. Probably not a bad idea for someone who has little knowledge on the market but wants to get involved.
cheers.
