    I was wondering if anyone can tell me if they have invested in Grafton, NSW recently and if there is a rental oversupply or shortage for 2-3 bedroom homes,

    Why not call soe of the local real estate agents who are managing properties in Grafton? I note 6 on realestate.com.au and 21 on domain.com.au That is not many in a town of 18,500.
