Other than the First Home Owners Grant and stamp duty exemption, does anyone know of any NSW government grants available that would help us property investors – eg. grants towards fixing up run down properties ?Thanks,

[strum]My builder came across a fund for heritage houses and was able to apply for assistance so that new products could be used to replace damaged items and retain the original look of a heritage property.
However this job took several years and only happened after a very long search for any original materials.
This job was voluntary so that may have had a bearing on the issue.
It was also a few years back so may not apply now.
