Need help locating rental stats in the ABS

Hi, we are new to the forum…In preparing our due diligence library of facts,we are looking for help to navigate our way through the ABS site, in particular to find owner occupiers/renters in certain towns . [hmm]
We would love any assistance please…..

Hi lsaver,
Look up basic community profiles in the census section of the ABS site, these will have the info you are after. If you are having trouble locating them pm or email me the suburbs you want info on, I have quite a lot of demographic info on my computer at work and may have something useful I can send you.

If it’s just the ratio of home owners vs renters that you’re after, then check out the free reports available on RPData. Depends on where you’re looking, of course, but they provide some very useful information and a great start in your initial search.
