    Hi all

    Wanting some info regarding developing In NZ, north Island .
    Is there anyone out there who is involved in the above?

    Currently I have two opportunities
    1)Im looking at purchasing a property with an existing home on it that I will live in while I develop the ie build a three bdrm house and onsell both homes once subdivided.
    2) Develop a subdividable section by building two homes and onselling.
    Just wanted to touch base with people who have experience in the above to give advice on costing out a project, dealing with council etc
    Anyone out there?
