Hi, I’m Bulgarian and my husband is British, so a year go we, together with my dad, decided to open a Bulgarian real estate http://www.balkandreams.co.uk/ . I think we are not doing to bad, but I and my husband are still in other full time jobs and there are agencies that sell hundreds of houses a week. Just wondering if anyone can tell me where we are going wrong? Our properties are much cheaper that a lot of other agencies and I think the website looks good!??
The website looks good, you might want to talk with a marketing consultant about it to increase your sales and revenue.
You may have trouble finding buyers here though. A lot of Aussie investors have trouble getting their head around the logistics of investing in NZ or the USA, let alone Bulgaria.
Keep your fulltime jobs and keep at it and just remember most overnight success stories took years to develop.
