Could anyone shed any light on what they think of places such as Forrest Beach,Taylors Beach and in general that are up in North Qld.
I have just registered interest for a new dev at Forrest beach (Coral Springs), looks nice. I am wondering about the rainfall as it is quite close to Ingham. From $99K for 2000m2 – elec and water.

Still poor,.. but happyI bought block of land at Forrest Beach Coral C Estate about a year ago. I am glad I did. Real Estate agent expects prices to “explode” in about 18 months time so they tell me. They also said that it was yet “undiscovered” although it is growing steadily.
Lots of rain in the wet season but Forrest Beach itself is flood free.
I havent made up my mind whether to sell and take profit or a nice retirement in Forrest Beach sounds nice as well.
