    Dear Friends,

    I am starting to do some research on investing in TAS and I would like to get some recommendation on Building Inspector and Pest Inspector. I am open to as many as you can post. Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi Jason,

    No need to worry about a pest report as we don’t have any down here. Although that’s debatable depending on your political persuasion.

    Fortunately we don’t have termites down here and I have never heard of anyone having a pest report done.
