    Hi There,

    Seems like a thinly veiled ad…

    Best advice is to use an Agent. Although they charge you they do have access to most of the buyers in the market and are experienced at what they do.

    I know I would rather a professional achieve best price for 2% than let a first timer try to sell my place to save the 2%.
