It appears that most subscribers, and recommendations suit peole in Victoria/NSW/QLD…what about SA? Is there anyone else out there in SA…I’ve been searching through the forums for some advice, or people that can help someone starting out in SA…as I want to see if anyone has any recommendations for property investors in SA?
I realise that there isn’t much interest here, since our market isn’t quite as high growth as say Sydney/Brisbane, but it is still relatively affordable and offers low vacancy rates…

gabsI’m from SA, and there is lots of interest here! I think the SA and Perth markets offer more opportunity than Sydney and Melbourne.
There are alot of investors in SA, it’s not just a dead piece of land!
