Hi
My very first post, thought I would begin with something a bit different. This little piece says something about property investing I think!
Humour
There was a farmer who regularly sold a half kilo of butter to the local
baker. One day the baker decided to weigh the butter to see if he was
getting a true half kilo and he found that he was not. This angered him to
think that for years he had been ripped off by the farmer so he took the
farmer to court.
The judge asked the farmer how he was measuring the butter. The farmer
replied, your Honour, I don’t have a proper measure, but I do have a
scale.”
The judge asked, “Then how do you weigh the butter?”
The farmer replied ” Every day when the baker brings the bread, I put one
of his 500 gram loaves on the scale and give him the same weight in
butter. If the butter is light on you’d better ask the baker how come.”
Cheers
