    Hello everyone, i hope that everyone has had a great start to the new year.

    I the reason for the help request is that i am investing in the US and i am trying to find a good finance organisation. i have been quoted an interest rate of 8% whereas in Australia i can get a rate of 6.95%.

    If someone can help i would be greatful for your experience

    Currently our deals in the US are being done at around 6.17% (closed last deal on the 2nd February 2006) for Foreign Nationals.

    What varies is the State you are referring to and whether the loan is less than $50USD

    BTW, 6.95% in Australia is very high. Cheers.
