I recently sold a property in Cairns. After several weeks on the market I installed a shade sail. Sail and installation cost approx $1500. My property immediatly Sold after a price war and it seemed at the time that I had added about 7% value to my property after my shade sail was installed. I know the buyer was influenced by this addition which had created a large undercover area and was athetically pleasing. I have since gone into a shade sail venture and have seen other examples of these gains from this product so I can only reccomend to others.
