    How do I strata title a small block of units/flats. Any clues on where to start would be appreciated.[blink]

    Hi Gilltraps,

    Surveyers process subdivisions, you should find yourself a good surveyor as your first point of call. If you’re in Vic I can give you some names.

    First you should contact your local council and check out the conditions they require for fire prevention and sound, also you need to check on parking.
    These are very important; not knowing the age of the block you may fall short on the most important FIRE!!! The rest is quite easy just procedural thing.
