Can anyone offer any suggestions or creative ways that we can rent or buy houses/appart without making a payment for min of one month? This would help us greatly.
The main problem is that when we take on a new contract we must fund all aspects of it for a min month, sometimes three months, until payment is due/invoiced.
So is there any company that maybe you could suggest, that may offer a rental or purchase without a payment for up to three months?
