All Topics / Heads Up! / Peter Spann’s success story
Just finished reading…… ‘From broke to Multi Milionaire in just 7 years’
Great read and kind of like an Aussie version of ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’
What do others think?
You know, the business section is so full of books in book stores these days it can be hard to pick something that is worthwhile. 20 odd years ago there were bugger all books on investing …..really.
Noel Whittiker must have done well with his Making money made simple back in 86′ !! [stitch]
Yes! That little book was a good read. Maybe it is the aussie rich dad? Peter Spann seems to advocate a balanced common sense approach to investing.
This bit was my favourite,
There is no such thing as “the big score”. Wealth comes from persistently following a quality income and investment strategy and developing our skill level in applying it. Overstretching our skills and resources can easily lead to failure.Regards,

One of the best books I have read…
This was one of my favourite books.
I remember reading it in Bundaberg when I was on holidays in 2002. I went to the library and spent a few hours reading then went back again a few days later and couldn’t stop reading it until I finished it.
I didn’t even know who Peter Spann was then.

Interested in Joint Venture Reno Projects[Absolutely love the qoute below. I’ll be “mulling “this one over for a while.
I am only learning but I am discovering that stretching resources too much is no good either.

[email protected]His two books are MUST reads.
No BS and practical knowledge in ANY market.
The other book is – “How you could build a $10m property portfolio in just 10 years”
I also like the Jan Somers books. They are practical and realistically describe how to build a property portfolio.
